More then likely I am not alone when it comes to the fact that alot of days I want to wake up and be someone different. Mainly because I have never had much belief or confidence in myself to do the things that I have always wanted to do. Going into everything I do I expect to fail and have no success. I longing to shed this that weighs me down and become a person that I have always wanted to be because I believe in the plans that the Lord has for me. This new found confidence is credited to the fact that I know that we have one life to live and I do not want the fear of failure to hold me back from reaching my dreams or doing the things I desire to do. So for that I say Thank you Lord for being the loving God that you are and for not giving up on me whenever I feel like giving up on myself.

Our Foundation Is You
1 Samuel 2:2
"There is no one holy like the LORD; there is no one besides you; there is no Rock like our God."
God is like the wind you cant see him but you can always feel him. People say that "God isn't real because you can't see him." I feel that that is untrue God is real because you can see him, he is everywhere in the world around us. His word is visible to us which is basically the biography of God, we feel God in our hearts and we see God each and everyday when we open our eyes because he is responsable for everything in our lives good and bad. There are also people who point the finger at God for things that are going wrong in their lives, things can't be perfect in everyones life, the good and bad things happen because they are meant to teach us lessons in life, its just life. No one can explain why these things happen its just part of his plan. Everyone is part of his plan, not everyone is going to be remembered and not everyone is going to go down in history books because of something they did but we interact each day because that is part of our "plan" its the plan of life and we all fit in it somehow. We make small and big impacts in people we know lives by just being us and doing what we do. So the next time that you feel like God is out to get you or you feel unimportant in life think about the people that you know and think about how you have impacted their life in some way.

Believe
Matthew 21:22
"If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer."
This is probably my favorite verse in the Bible or at least second favorite. It shows that if you have the heart and the will that anything is possible. This doesn't mean that God is just this magic jeanie that grants every wish. Its gotta come fromt he heart and be 100% true. I don't really have a story of my own to share about this one because I haven't recieve what I have asked for. The wait is part of the journey I guess you could say.

Why Can't I Stop?
Romans 7:15-25
I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature.For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God—through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God's law, but in the sinful nature a slave to the law of sin.
We all want to live by God's word and live our lives like Jesus. It seems like the harder we try we somehow drift back to our sinful ways that we have vowed to give up. We hate these ways and we despise ourselves when we commit these acts. The truth is we can't quit doing these things along, all we can really do is put our faith and trust into Jesus and ask him to help us stop doing these things because we are sinning. So if you are having trouble stopping something that you know in your heart is wrong, put your hands together fall to your knees and ask for the help, ask for Jesus to come into your heart and help you overcome these things because you know in your heart that it is wrong and you want to stop.

Love Is Actions
1 John 3:18
"Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth."
It is so easy to tell someone that you "love" them but do we really mean it whenever we say it? To me I don't think it is possible unless you know they do by the actions that make towards you. That is what this verse is saying by let us not love with words but actions, you should know by what someone does instead of what they say.
